In this 3-months series, we meet bi-weekly for 90 minutes on Zoom – alternating between Coaching Calls and Reiki Sessions. The coaching calls will orient toward crystallising your next-steps around what you share with me in the pre-coaching questionnaire, while the reiki sessions help you work through any emotional and mental blocks keeping you stuck. End the series feeling more grounded, nourished and clear.

Join me in my home practice in Seen, Winterthur for a monthly Monday Reiki Share from 9 to 11am (dates published on my offerings page). We practice giving and receiving reiki so we can hold, and be held in community.
